Enchanted Tiki Room, under new management, is an updated version of the old classic Adventureland attraction.

While the updating was long overdue, I'm not sure that this reworking was worth the effort. While small children will be entertained by the antics of Iago (from Aladdin), Zazu, (from the Lion King), and the rest of the gang(held over from the previous version of the show), older kids and adults will probably not be too impressed.

The ten minute show centers around Iago and Zazu who as new owners have decided that changes are needed. Iago manages to upset the Tiki Gods and for a few minutes chaos reigns. Eventually order is restored and the show ends with a rousing musical finale.

My verdict :

Small children will enjoy the show and if you need to sit down for a bit it is a good place to escape the heat for a while,otherwise give it a miss.

TIP :

Parents of very young children(under age 7) should be aware that there are some fairly intense scenes when the Tiki Gods are angered. While some handle it well others are very upset by the darkness and loud noises.

When my son was 5 or 6 years old, he had a very negative reaction to this show. He wanted to leave and go home and it took us quite awhile to calm him down.
