The Country Bear Jamboree is a Magic Kingdom original. It is also an attraction that people have strong opinions about. They ever love it or hate it. A mix of corny jokes and a country hoedown performed by a cast of animatronic bears ( Big AL is my favorite) of different shapes and sizes.Small children in particular enjoy this show. I think that everyone should see this show at least once as it is an example of the kind of entertainment that made Disney famous and is sadly disappearing as audiences are becoming more sophisticated. Pay close attention to the mounted animal heads on the walls they are part of the show and talk
to each other before, during, and after the show, which runs about 15 minutes. If time permits see this show. Adults and teenagers may find this Magic Kingdom treasure a little hokey, but it is a Disney original- one of a vanishing breed of classic Walt Disney attractions. TIPS: The Country Bears Jamboree is presented in an air conditioned theater and is a great place to escape the heat of a hot Orlando afternoon. A special Christmas show is presented every year from Thanksgiving till New Year.
